Er ist genauso einfach zuzubereiten wie sein s\u00fc\u00dfer Cousin, genauso s\u00e4ttigend und genauso lecker &#8211; wenn nicht sogar noch leckerer! Wenn Sie Ihren Porridge mit einer Extraportion Algen verfeinern m\u00f6chten, k\u00f6nnen Sie das Wasser durch selbst gemachte Dashi (Algenbr\u00fche) ersetzen. Achten Sie in diesem Fall nur darauf, den Salzgehalt anzupassen, da Dashi aufgrund des Algenanteils nat\u00fcrlich gesalzen ist.
