Urspr\u00fcnglich aus dem Mittelmeerraum stammend, ist Aioli inzwischen auf der ganzen Welt beliebt. Sie passt zu allem, und man kann sie endlos anpassen. Wir m\u00f6gen unsere Aioli mit Seetang, weil sie einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Schub an Vitaminen und Mineralien liefert, ganz zu schweigen von einem herrlichen Umami-Geschmack, der die Noten der anderen Zutaten hervorhebt.
