Denne deilige pastaretten er skikkelig kosemat og en moderne variant av den klassiske kombinasjonen av skinke og purre. Den kremete purre sausen er tilsatt tr\u00f8ffeltang, som med sin karakteristiske smak er perfekt kombinasjon med den spr\u00f8 Serrano-skinken. Toppet med alge perler for b\u00e5de smak og visuell effekt, har denne retten en unik blanding av smaker og teksturer.
