Fersk lukter den sterkt av tr\u00f8ffel og <strong>har en mild smak av hvit tr\u00f8ffel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du finner den langs hele kysten, men mest utbredt i vestre og nordligere deler av landet. Den lille busken vokser p\u00e5 grisetang i eksponerte omr\u00e5der med mye b\u00f8lger. Fargen er m\u00f8rk brun, men mer oransje og litt fluffy p\u00e5 sommeren i vekstperioden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi sanker tr\u00f8ffeltang p\u00e5 <strong>h\u00f8st og vinter<\/strong>. September og oktober er kanskje de beste m\u00e5nedene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi plukker tr\u00f8ffeltang av grisetang p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5te som vi plukker b\u00e6r fra lyng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start sankingen n\u00e5r fj\u00e6ra er p\u00e5 sitt laveste. Plukk tang som er ren, frisk, m\u00f8rkebrun og uten p\u00e5 vekster. Oppbevar i et nett eller kurv med hull. Husk \u00e5 sanke et sted vekk fra utslipp og tett bebyggelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lag ditt eget tr\u00f8ffeltangsalt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f8rkes p\u00e5 40 grader i ovn med d\u00f8ren p\u00e5 gl\u00f8tt. Den huser sm\u00e5 tanglopper som vil poppe ut p\u00e5 brettet.\u00a0 Skyll derfor godt med sj\u00f8vann og rens tangen f\u00f8r du t\u00f8rker. Knus den i morter eller kaffekvern for \u00e5 lage eget dryss. T\u00f8rket f\u00e5r den en tydelig bitter ettersmak. Trives godt med sm\u00f8r, olje og fettholdige sauser. Bruk den til pasta, poteter, egg og p\u00e5 sj\u00f8mat.
